Kaedy Puckett Molley served ten years as a cryptologic linguist and aircrewman in the U.S. Navy, deploying to Afghanistan and the Mediterranean before becoming a training instructor at Great Lakes Naval Station.
She attended the WSP humanities boot camp at Syracuse University in 2017 and returned as a Warrior-Scholar Project alumni fellow in 2020. Kaedy graduated from the University of Chicago in 2023 with a degree in comparative human development.
She works on Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and affordable housing initiatives as a member of the real estate team at Pretium, an alternative investment manager based in New York City.
